Role Description

  1. Plan monthly & weekly ad budgets based on our sales targets.

  2. Create and launch ads on Facebook/Instagram and Google (images, videos, captions, audiences).

  3. Check ads every day and improve them (pause weak ads, increase strong ones).

  4. Work with Creative/Graphics to request the right images, short videos, and texts.

  5. Work with E-commerce so ads match the right product pages and offers.

  6. Report results clearly: how much we spent, how many people saw/clicked, and how many purchases came.

  7. Solve common issues (ad rejection, payment/billing, product feed mismatches) and keep ads running smoothly.

  8. Support store traffic ads around big days (Puja, weekends, sale periods).

  9. Keep simple records: audiences used, best-performing ads, weekly lessons, and next steps.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum Graduation.

  2. 2- 4 Years of running Facebook/Instagram and Google ads (retail or e-commerce preferred)

  3. Comfortable with numbers and simple Excel/Google Sheets (can read a table and make a chart).

  4. Clear communicator—can explain results in simple words.

  5. Organized and reliable—checks campaigns daily, meets deadlines.

  6. Team player—works well with Graphics, E-commerce, and Store teams.

  7. Language: Good Bangla and basic English writing/speaking.
