Job Summary

We are seeking a
Digital Media Buyer

who is passionate about digital marketing, data analytics, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across
    Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube

- Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitive benchmarking to develop data-driven media strategies.
- Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and event management through Meta Business Suite and Google Tag Manager.
- Monitor daily campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and implement optimization strategies.
- Develop A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and targeting to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to guide ad visuals and messaging for best engagement and conversion.
- Prepare detailed campaign reports, insights, and recommendations for clients.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and policy changes across Meta and Google Ads ecosystems.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital media buying or performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns with significant monthly budgets.
  • Expertise in
    Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager

- Understanding of conversion funnels, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
