Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive focused on Upwork and Client Acquisition. The position is located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients. Day-to-day tasks include drafting proposals, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and growth will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive (IT/software industry preferred) Strong understanding of international client acquisition and outsourcing models
  • Strong skills in client acquisition and client relationship management
  • Experience in drafting proposals, contracting, and negotiating
  • Proficiency in market research and strategic planning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the creative or digital agency sector is an advantage
