Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Analyst role, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding and analyzing business needs, gathering and documenting business requirements, and developing processes to ensure successful project outcomes. Additional responsibilities include communicating with stakeholders, recommending improvements, and acting as a liaison between technical teams and business units to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate and interpret complex business data effectively.
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis and defining key deliverables to meet organizational goals.
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and teams.
  • Experience in analyzing and improving Business Processes across departments.
  • Ability to gather and document clear and concise Business Requirements to guide project execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the technology or software development industry is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
