Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka for a Tax Analyst. The Tax Analyst will be responsible for preparing and filing tax returns, maintaining compliance with tax regulations, and assisting in the company's tax planning initiatives. The role also includes researching and analyzing tax laws, preparing financial statements for audits, and collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of tax laws, compliance, and regulations
• Experience in tax preparation, analysis, and tax planning
• Proficiency in financial statement preparation and audit support
• Skilled in conducting tax-related research and data analysis
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet strict deadlines
