E-commerce Operations Manager & Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Points

We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced E-commerce Operations Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategy to improve website performance.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, etc.)
  • Set campaign objectives, define target audiences, create ad creatives, and manage budgets to achieve campaign goals and drive qualified traffic to the organization`s website.
  • Create engaging content (written, and visual) to promote our services and job opportunities.
  • Design creative and visually appealing marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, website banners, infographics, and presentations.
  • Manage and optimize our website and social media presence.
  • Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) to create high-quality graphics.
  • Generate leads through targeted online advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Work with the web development team to ensure the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the company's standards
  • Any other task assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

  • Diploma
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Ecommerce, Ecommerce Development, Ecommerce Marketing, eCommerce Operation, Graphics Design, Graphic Design and Digital Content Creation

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, E-commerce, E-commerce Startup, Online Retail Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an E-commerce manager
  • Experience with e-commerce marketing and SEO
  • Proficiency in project management and team management
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Strong team management and communication skills
  • BSc degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or related field
