What We're Offering

This is not a typical employment role — it's an opportunity to join as a partner or co-owner of the Shopify Development Department. You'll play a central role in shaping the vision, building the team, and driving growth in this area.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead the establishment and growth of the Shopify Development Department.


• Build and manage a skilled team of Shopify developers/designers.


• Deliver high-quality Shopify solutions (themes, apps, custom features, integrations) for global clients.


• Collaborate with leadership to design strategies, pricing models, and service offerings.


• Drive client acquisition and retention for Shopify-related services.


• Ensure high technical standards, innovation, and client satisfaction.

Requirements


• Strong background in Shopify development (themes, Liquid, apps, APIs, integrations).


• Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to work in a partnership model.


• Experience with ecommerce projects and Shopify Plus (preferred).


• Ability to lead teams, manage clients, and oversee technical execution.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
