We're looking for an
experienced Email Marketing Specialist

to join our team and take ownership of our email campaigns, automation flows, and performance analytics. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll have the opportunity to build, optimize, and scale campaigns for both our agency and clients .

𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐧𝐨𝐰

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

—

– Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns

– Create and optimize templates for newsletters, promotions, and automation flows

– Build advanced segmentation and targeted campaigns

– Manage email lists using tools like
Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Sendinblue

– Track campaign performance, A/B tests, and deliver detailed reports

– Collaborate with design and content teams for visuals and copywriting

– Ensure compliance with email best practices and deliverability standards

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

– Proven experience in
email marketing

(agency or in-house)

– Proficiency with tools such as
Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot

– Solid knowledge of
automation, segmentation, and analytics

– Comfortable with deadlines, KPIs, and performance-driven culture

– Must work on-site full-time

𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐃𝐄𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐋𝐒:

Our Location: Shanir Akhra, Jatrabari, Dhaka

Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour break)

Work Days: 5 days a week (Thursday and Friday Off)

Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 BDT (based on experience)
