Position Overview
The
Management Trainee (Chinese Language)
role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a long-term career in business operations and management. The trainee will work closely with PalmPay's local and Chinese teams, supporting communication, research, and reporting functions. This position offers structured training, hands-on experience, and growth opportunities to become a future leader within PalmPay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the business team in day-to-day operations, reporting, and coordination
  • Conduct research and analysis to support business decision-making
  • Communicate effectively with local teams and Chinese colleagues/partners
  • Translate and interpret business documents and conversations when required
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or relevant field
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) – speaking, reading, and writing
  • Good command of English and Bangla
  • Certification in Chinese Language (HSK 3 or above) is preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to building a long-term career with PalmPay
