Job Description / Responsibility

About Us

We are a reputed fine-dining restaurant offering continental buffet service and A La Carte for large guest volumes. We take pride in quality, consistency, and presentation — serving both local and international dishes in a vibrant dining environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead daily kitchen operations for buffet service (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes maintaining taste, hygiene, and consistency.
  • Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen helpers.
  • Plan, portion, and execute menus for large groups.
  • Maintain stock, manage food cost, and minimize wastage.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Restaurant

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Head Chef in hotel or restaurant.
  • Strong ability to handle multi-cuisine buffet setups.
  • Leadership and team management experience required.
  • Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts preferred.
  • Must have good communication and kitchen discipline.
  • Should be able to work under pressure and during peak service hours.
