Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef specializing in Continental cuisine at L'ETO in Gulshan. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in all kitchen operations, including menu planning, ordering ingredients, and overseeing kitchen staff. Daily tasks include preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards, and contributing to the innovation of new recipes and techniques. The Sous Chef will ensure the highest quality of culinary offerings while maintaining efficient and seamless kitchen operations.
