Tele Sales Specialist – Global Markets

As we expand our global reach, we're launching a telesales division to drive more qualified leads, close more business, and increase our market presence across top international markets.
We are looking for a "
Telesales Lead"
with a strong background in outbound B2B sales and proven success in closing deals in the
USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Dubai
markets. You will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic calling campaigns, managing a team of telesales agents, building client relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage telesales operations targeting global markets.
- Develop and execute outbound call strategies to generate leads and close deals.
- Build scripts, objection-handling guidelines, and optimize outreach workflows.
- Collaborate with the marketing and client solutions teams to align offers with client needs.
- Recruit, train, and coach telesales representatives to maintain high performance.
- Maintain CRM data, generate reports, and present KPIs to management.
- Stay updated with market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of telesales or inside sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in closing B2B sales across the
USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and/or Dubai
. - Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and call automation software.
- Data-driven, highly organized, and target-oriented.
- Ability to lead a team, train juniors, and set performance benchmarks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in selling BPO, SaaS, marketing, tech, or creative services.
- Background in working with or selling to startups or mid-sized enterprises.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling scripts, and sales funnels.
