About the Role

Bancoff Limited is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales to lead initiatives aimed at growing our B2B client base. This role involves managing key accounts, developing sales strategies, and mentoring junior team members to exceed performance targets in a fast-paced corporate environment.


Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute corporate sales strategies aligned with company objectives.


• Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.


• Lead, mentor, and support junior sales team members to achieve group targets.


• Identify market trends and adjust sales tactics to remain competitive.


• Prepare and present customized proposals and pitches to high-value clients.


• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance and pipeline reports for senior management.


• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery and after-sales support.


Required Qualifications


• Education: Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field.


• Experience: 7–6 years in B2B or corporate sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.


• Technical Skills: Strong command of MS Office and CRM tools; skilled in data analysis and forecasting.


• Soft Skills: Leadership, negotiation, excellent communication, and strategic planning abilities.
