Job Summary

We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our development programs with a special focus on project implementation, event management, and reporting to lead our field-level activities. The person will work closely with the program team, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with meaningful impact.

Job Responsibilities

  • Run project-linked events such as community mobilization, roadshows, training sessions, workshops, and pitch competitions.
  • Manage a vast volunteer network to be activated upon requirements, and maintain communication with the volunteers regarding project activities.
  • Build strong relationships with participants, partners, stakeholders, and local authorities to support mobilization efforts.
  • Collaborate with the program and communications teams to ensure timely updates, case studies, and documentation of outcomes.
  • Preparing project reports, concept notes, and proposals, and collect and verifying field data, and collecting beneficiary feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Development Studies, Business Administration, Social Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, event management, and program implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience in field-level project implementation, preferably for development or social enterprise projects connected to children and women, indigenous communities, and WASH.
  • Past activities of club, event management, sponsorship mobilization in the university.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English with a strong understanding of project management and reporting.
