Executive Coordinator
to support senior management with administrative, coordination, and operational responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Administrative & Secretarial Support:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules of senior management.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes.
- Handle incoming communication, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely response and follow-up.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Maintain confidential files and records in an organized manner.
Coordination & Liaison:
- Act as a point of contact between management, departments, clients, and vendors.
- Facilitate smooth communication and information flow across teams/departments/offices.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and accommodation for senior executives.
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events, meetings, and workshops.
Operational Support:
- Monitor and track deadlines, tasks, and projects assigned to management.
- Support strategic and operational initiatives with proper documentation and follow-up.
- Assist in drafting policy documents, guidelines, and internal communications.
- Conduct research and provide data or insights to support decision-making.
- Perform any other tasks relevant to the position.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in coordination/administration, preferably in financial institutions or corporate houses.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
. - Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.
- Professional attitude with high integrity, initiative, and adaptability.
- Strong report writing and documentation ability.
