Overview
KuiperZ is hiring a self-driven, KPI focused Business Development Executive to accelerate the growth of Rysenova, our HR & attendance management SaaS. You'll own revenue operations lead hunting, demos, funnel optimization, and closing while working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to build scalable sales engines and expand our footprint across SMEs, factories, and corporate organizations.
Core Requirements (Must-Have)
- 1–3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development (SaaS/HRM/ERP preferred)
- Strong understanding of HR, attendance, and payroll workflows inside SMEs and enterprises
- Experience creating basic sales strategies, funnels, and outreach plans
- Ability to build structured business expansion strategies for targeted industries
- Strong outbound lead hunting and prospecting capabilities
- Skilled in conducting high quality product demos (web & mobile)
- Excellent communication in Bangla and English (verbal, written, presentation)
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools pipeline building, forecasting, reporting
- Strong negotiation, closing, and objection handling skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic sales reporting
- High follow up discipline with a data driven approach
- Ability to travel for field meetings and on site demos
- Analytical, strategic, and target focused mindset
Nice-to-Have (Strong Plus)
- Experience selling HRM, attendance, payroll, or workforce management software
- Understanding of sales funnel structuring, nurturing flows, and conversion optimization
- Familiarity with attendance devices, biometric machines, and field operations
- Exposure to outbound sales frameworks (AIDA, SPIN, BANT, MEDDIC)
- Experience creating regional expansion strategies or reseller networks
- Prior work in fast paced SaaS or startup environments
- Knowledge of digital acquisition channels and lead funnels (especially Facebook Ads)
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute lead hunting strategies outbound calls, WhatsApp outreach, LinkedIn, referrals
- Develop and implement business expansion strategies for targeted industries and segments
- Design, optimize, and manage sales funnels from lead capture to conversion
- Conduct detailed product demos showcasing attendance, leave, roster, geo-fencing, selfie attendance, and live location
- Build repeatable sales processes and strategies to improve monthly conversion rates
- Maintain high CRM hygiene tracking activities, forecasting, and reporting
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign strategy, lead scoring, and funnel optimization
- Work closely with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and retention
- Conduct market and competitor research to refine sales messaging and positioning
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with clear KPIs
- Participate in strategic discussions to improve Rysenova's sales playbook, pricing, and outreach models
- Represent KuiperZ professionally in client visits, demos, events, and presentations
