Position Overview

We're seeking a Telesales & Business Development Executive who can communicate with parents, schools, and partners, explain the value of Hyper Playgrounds, and convert curiosity into enrollments.

If you're confident, persuasive, and love talking to people, this is the perfect role for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to parents and potential clients to promote Hyper Playgrounds programs.
  • Build rapport with leads, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions.
  • Convert leads into confirmed registrations through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and feedback in CRM systems.
  • Support on-site events, demos, and corporate partnership activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to achieve monthly targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales strategy discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, or related fields
    .
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    sales, business development, or client relations
    (education or edutainment sector preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in
    Bangla and English
    .
  • Confident on the phone with a friendly and persuasive tone.
  • Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated with a growth mindset.
