Position Overview

We're on the lookout for a Video Content Specialist who lives and breathes visual storytelling. You'll be the creative mind behind engaging videos that connect our brand with users across digital platforms. From product launches to TikTok trends, your work will capture attention, spark emotion, and build brand love.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, shoot, and edit high-impact video content for social media and ads.
• Translate our brand identity into engaging stories—cool, clean, confident, and always authentic.
• Plan and execute shoots with or without models, products, and props—both in-studio and outdoors.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaign visuals that align with our sales and branding goals.
• Engage with influencers, bloggers, and industry professionals to expand the organisation's social media reach and build relationships that drive brand advocacy.
• Stay on top of Gen Z trends, viral formats, and audio cues—know what's hot before it goes mainstream.
• Optimize content for different platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, scriptwriting, and creative direction.
• Manage editing timelines and deliver content on schedule.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in video creation, editing, or a similar creative role.
• Access to iphone and PC/Laptop.
• Freshers/University students are encouraged to apply
• A strong portfolio of social-first video content—bonus if it includes product videos.
• Proficiency in Capcut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant software.
• Experience with camera work, lighting, and audio setup.
• Passion for tech, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Bangladeshi youth culture and consumer behaviour is a big plus.

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics and animation skills
• Photography skills
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads
• Interest in gadgets, gaming, or consumer electronics
