Job Overview

We're seeking a forward-thinking
Marketing Strategist
to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who can see the big picture and knows how to connect every dot in a customer's journey, from awareness to advocacy. As the strategist, you'll be responsible for developing and overseeing end-to-end marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, guiding internal teams, and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results.

You'll collaborate with copywriters, designers, media buyers, and account managers to build smart funnels and conversion-optimized campaigns. If you're data-savvy, creative-minded, and client-focused, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery sessions to deeply understand each client's business goals, target audience, product/service value propositions, and sales processes.
  • Architect
    holistic, multi-channel marketing strategies
    that span the full funnel, from awareness to loyalty.
  • Define clear KPIs for each stage (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) and align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Allocate budget across platforms (paid, organic, email, etc.) using data-backed insights, not assumptions.
  • Build integrated marketing roadmaps that break long-term growth goals into weekly/monthly execution plans.

Research & Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth
    competitor benchmarking
    , market landscape studies, and audience persona research.
  • Use tools like Meta Ad Library, SimilarWeb, Semrush, Google Trends, and Reddit/Quora for behavioral insights.
  • Monitor and interpret performance data using GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads dashboards, and CRM tools.
  • Identify trends and optimization opportunities using metrics such as
    ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention rate, and funnel drop-off
    .
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, industry benchmarks, and digital innovation to inform strategy evolution.

Campaign Planning & Direction

  • Translate strategy into
    clear, actionable campaign briefs
    dedicated to each channel, such as Facebook, Google, YouTube, email, etc.
  • Direct creative teams (designers, copywriters, video editors) with precise brand and messaging guidelines.
  • Plan, prioritize, and oversee
    A/B tests
    across ads, landing pages, email flows, and lead magnets.
  • Ensure creative assets are aligned with brand positioning and audience psychology (not just "pretty").
  • Support media buyers and CRO specialists with funnel structure and optimization hypotheses.

Client Communication & Reporting

  • Deliver professional, insight-rich presentations of strategy decks, campaign maps, and growth forecasts.
  • Lead monthly strategy calls or reports with a focus on
    what's working, what's not, and what's next
    .
  • Explain data and decisions in a way that builds trust - no jargon, just results and logic.
  • Coordinate closely with Account Managers to ensure smooth handoff, client satisfaction, and campaign execution.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, not just a service provider - anticipate their needs before they tell them.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience
    in digital marketing, growth strategy, or brand strategy, preferably in a fast-paced agency, SaaS, or eCommerce environment.
  • Deep expertise in full-funnel marketing
    , with hands-on success across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention stages.
  • Strong strategic thinking ability
  • can design end-to-end campaigns that align business objectives with consumer behavior, market trends, and digital channels.
  • Advanced knowledge of performance marketing platforms
    , including:
  • Meta Ads (CBO, ABO, retargeting funnels, catalog sales)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Email Marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign)
  • Landing Page strategy (high-converting structure, CRO techniques, tools like Unbounce/Instapage/Webflow)
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    —must be able to:
  • Audit and interpret data from GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Hotjar, etc.
  • Calculate and optimize KPIs like ROAS, CPL, LTV, and CAC.
  • Build dashboards or reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
    , both written and verbal -capable of presenting strategy decks to clients and internal teams.
  • Leadership mindset
  • can confidently guide cross-functional teams and own the marketing direction for multiple brands.
