Senior Product Designer

We are seeking an experienced, skilled, research orientated and imaginative Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a unique balance of artistic creativity and technical expertise, crafting visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces across a range of platforms, including web and mobile (iOS/Android). Core Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Lead the visual design process from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Develop and arrange interface components with precision, ensuring a cohesive style across all products that engineers can leverage. Create intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for software, web/mobile applications, games, and websites. Prepare production-ready assets for development teams.

• Collaboration: Partner closely with managers, developers, and stakeholders to communicate design strategies and rationales. Ensure alignment with product goals while balancing user needs and stakeholder expectations.

• Prototyping and Testing: Design wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively visualize and communicate ideas. Conduct usability testing to refine designs based on user feedback.

• User Research: Conduct research to uncover user behaviors and needs. Leverage insights to create user-centered designs that meet accessibility standards and optimize the user journey.

• Design Principles: Apply expertise in UX/UI design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout, to produce designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Develop and enforce design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency and excellence across projects.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies.

• Manage and maintain all digital assets across Figma and related design platforms, ensuring meticulous organization, accurate version control, and easy discoverability. Establish and enforce a scalable design system, asset libraries, and documentation that support brand consistency across multitude of mediums (web, mobile, marketing and operational). Implement best-practice naming conventions, tagging, and metadata to enhance searchability and cross-team collaboration. Regularly audit and update assets to retire outdated files, maintain compliance with accessibility standards, and ensure production readiness for designers, developers, and stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:

• Work with business development team to design campaign materials that align with brand guidelines. Adapt UX/UI design expertise for creating visually appealing and functional marketing media.

• Design materials such as newsletters, pitch decks, social media posts, banners, and promotional graphics.

• Design intuitive analytics dashboard UIs with clear, unique data visualizations for web and mobile.

• Create and maintain a library of graphical design assets for cross-functional use.

• Develop templates for company branding to ensure consistency in marketing materials.

• Design presentations, infographics, and other visual assets to support various departments.

• Support miscellaneous graphical design needs, including creating visuals for events or internal communications.

• Ensure the visual identity is consistent across all platforms and media.

• Modify and implement design templates for quick turnarounds on ad hoc projects.

Essential Skills:

• Demonstrated expertise in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing exceptional work across various platforms.

• Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator or similar.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate rapid prototyping.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive/adaptive design practices.

• Exceptional visual design skills with a keen sensitivity to user-system interaction.

• Experience designing for a range of platforms.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with the ability to manage projects independently in fast-paced settings.

• Proven ability to present and articulate design concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong organizational skills to independently manage projects and deliver high quality results in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

• Fluency in English (written and verbal) with polished presentation and communication abilities.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role with a track record of successful projects.
