Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Account Manager role located in Dhaka. As an Assistant Account Manager, you will assist in customer account management, fostering client relationships to meet their specific needs and requirements. Daily responsibilities include creating and executing account plans, addressing client inquiries, coordinating between departments to ensure the timely delivery of solutions, and monitoring account performance. Additionally, you will assist in analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and supporting business strategies to drive client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for developing strategies and managing account activities
  • Experience in project coordination and cross-departmental collaboration
  • Proficiency in using business systems, data analysis tools, and financial reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Prior experience in account management, client service, or a similar role is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with industry practices and trends in manufacturing, FMCG, or related markets is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
