10+ years of experience
in driving commercial growth and implementing impactful marketing strategies, particularly within the specialized workforce solutions sector. - This is an exhilarating scope for a professional with a proven track record of
generating leads, expanding market share, and building lasting client relationships
across industries such as oil & gas, engineering, electronics, IT, telecom, and construction. - Drove business growth
by designing and executing end-to-end B2B marketing strategies to attract new clients for specialized manpower outsourcing solutions. - Expand market presence
in new territories, achieving a
30% increase in qualified leads
within two years through data-driven outreach and brand positioning. - Strengthen client relationships
across the oil & gas and construction sectors, resulting in a
15% boost in repeat business
through proactive account management and tailored service delivery. - Led integrated digital marketing campaigns
—including SEO, social media, and targeted email initiatives—to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality inquiries. - Collaborate with the sales team
to develop persuasive proposals and presentations that clearly communicated the strategic value of outsourcing services. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities
in the engineering and telecom industries, maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective clients. - Represent the company at major industry events,
building strong networks and staying ahead of emerging market trends and client needs. - Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis
to shape go-to-market strategies and uncover new growth avenues. - Negotiate high-value contracts and service agreements
, ensuring profitability and alignment with organizational goals. - Monitor global and regional market trends
and customer behavior to refine market-entry strategies and business models. - Cooperate cross-functionally
with product, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and service delivery. - Effectively articulate the company's value proposition

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from reputed University
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms
Additional Requirements
- Expertise in market analysis, brand management, and digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation, driving high-quality lead generation and brand visibility.
- Proven ability in B2B sales, client relationship management, negotiation, market penetration, proposal development, and lead sourcing, consistently converting opportunities into revenue, focusing on profitable targets and measurable ROI.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Oil & Gas, Engineering, Electronics, IT, Telecom, and Construction sectors across Bangladesh and the surrounding regions, leveraging sector insights to deliver targeted solutions.
- Advanced communication, presentation, proposal creation and contract negotiation capability along with computer knowledge specially in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Adept at prioritizing tasks, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently meeting deadlines in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Proven track record in building and nurturing C-level relationships, managing complex deals, and delivering results that drive business growth.
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with clients, suppliers, industry associations, and international stakeholders to foster collaboration and long-term success.
