Role Description

This is a full-time NIGHT SHIFT ( 7 pm to 4 am) on-site role based in nikonjo2, Dhaka for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for thoroughly analyzing business requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and developing strategies to improve business processes. Key day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, performing in-depth data analysis, identifying areas of improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis to evaluate data, identify patterns, and provide insights
  • Strong Communication skills to facilitate collaboration between teams and convey findings effectively
  • Knowledge of Business Process improvement techniques and methodologies
  • Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements for projects
  • Solid problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines efficiently
