Job Purpose

The role involves working closely with clients, internal teams, and management to gather requirements, plan projects, monitor progress, and ensure successful delivery. The candidate must have strong analytical skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams & developers effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis

  • Meet with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, including JAD sessions.
  • Collect, analyze, and document requirements in clear, structured formats.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Identify gaps, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze data to support business and project-related decisions.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for management.
  • Track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.

3. Process Improvement

  • Map current business processes and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Recommend process optimizations for improved efficiency and workflow.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement approved improvements.

4. Project Coordination

  • Estimate project budgets, schedules, and required team skills.
  • Support in project planning and execution within deadline.
  • Monitor tasks, manage dependencies, and proactively address bottlenecks.
  • Log, track, and manage bugs, Change Requests (CRs), and Modification Requests (MRs), including performing root cause analysis.
  • Use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) to track and report project progress.

5. Documentation & Communication

  • Prepare BRD, SRS, user stories, workflow diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Maintain clean and version-controlled documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate findings, timelines, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Advise on information systems strategy, policy, and security best practices.
  • Apply industry standards and methodologies throughout project execution.

Basic Qualifications

  1. B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering is a must.
  2. Maximum 2–3 years of practical work experience
    in a technical project management or IT business analyst role..
  3. Previous experience working with corporate clients on technology-driven projects.
  4. Technical Project Management Certification is a plus.
  5. Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap, CodeIgniter, and Laravel is a plus.

Individual Skills Required

  1. Strong team player with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  2. Excellent communication skills in English.
  3. Proven ability to monitor and support large teams of developers effectively.
  4. Strong concepts of project coordination and IT business analysis

Job Location: Singularity HQ, Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Office Days and Times: The office is open from Sunday to Thursday (8 am to 5 pm).
