Role Description

This full-time hybrid Business Analyst role is located in Dhaka, with the option for partial remote work. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to identify solutions for operational efficiency. Daily responsibilities include evaluating existing business processes, working with stakeholders to recommend improvements, conducting thorough analyses to support decision-making, and ensuring effective communication between teams to align objectives. The role also involves preparing reports, ensuring project deliverables meet business needs, and supporting the implementation of new strategies or systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Analysis to identify and solve complex problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in understanding Business Processes and defining clear, actionable Business Requirements.
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting findings and recommendations effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional certifications like CBAP or a Bachelor's degree in CS, CSE, Information Technology, or a related field are preferred.
