Remuneration: BDT 28,000–35,000/Month (based on your assessment performance)

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll help build communities, grow partnerships, and increase brand visibility in the global SaaS and startup ecosystem. You'll get to try new ideas, run marketing initiatives, and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound & Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

• Execute inbound marketing activities to generate and nurture leads across digital channels.

• Manage account-based marketing (ABM) and semi-ABM campaigns aligned with sales goals.

• Conduct outreach, follow-ups, and confirmations for meetings with prospective clients.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify target accounts, create personalized engagement plans, and track performance.

• Monitor campaign results, analyze engagement data, and suggest ideas to improve conversions.

Partnerships & Brand Visibility

• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with agencies, startups, incubators, and accelerators.

• Find and join niche communities in startups, SaaS, and SEO to make Rank Wizards more visible there.

• Coordinate participation in webinars, panels, and digital events and help host our own webinars.

• Identify and build partnerships with agencies offering similar services, where Rank Wizards can act as their ghostwriting and content partner.

• Research new platforms, podcasts, and industry events to discover fresh visibility and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a fresh graduate from Dhaka University, Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), North South University or any reputed university.
• Good understanding of global startup ecosystems and how B2B SaaS companies operate.
• Genuine interest in digital marketing, community building, and the SaaS/startup space.
• Ability to research and identify collaboration opportunities such as partnerships, podcasts, and incubator programs.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Startup terminology and processes.
• Exposure to podcast management and community penetration (building visibility inside niche communities, forums, and online groups).
