HIRING: Sales Associate/ Customer Service Executive

Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka (Night Shift), Bangladesh

Vacancies: 04 (Open to both male & female candidates)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week

Shift Time: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM BDT

Holidays: Paid U.S. holidays & Eid festivals

We are actively seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Team Leads and Customer Service Associates to support our growing operations in the U.S. mortgage market. We have this job available to work from the Bangladesh Office. Position Overview

Role Type:

Inbound Sales – This is not a Call Center. No outbound dialing required.

You will engage with potential clients, discuss mortgage loan products, collect necessary documents, and support our U.S.-based Loan Officers and Brokers.

  • Key Responsibilities
    clients with mortgage financing by collecting and organizing documentation.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to U.S. Loan Officers and Brokers.
  • Communicate loan products and handle client documentation requirements.

What We're Looking For

Fluent English skills – Excellent spoken and written communication in English is essential.

Strong communication & interpersonal abilities – Able to build rapport with clients and team members effectively.

Minimum 1 year of international experience – Prior work in an international call center or equivalent customer-facing role is required.

Proactive and goal-driven mindset – Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to achieving results.

Customer-first attitude – A genuine passion for helping clients succeed and delivering exceptional service.

Preferred (not required): Experience as a Sales Lead or Manager in industries such as MCA (Merchant Cash Advance), Solar, Air Duct, or Real Estate will be a strong advantage.

  • Compensation & Benefits 
    Salary: BDT 21,000 – 30,000 (based on experience)
  • Performance Bonus: Top-performing Sales Leads may earn an additional BDT 8,000 – 20,000/month after a 2-month provisional period
