Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Assistant located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Customer Assistant will be responsible for stock control, providing exceptional customer service, handling sales transactions, and training new staff. Daily tasks will include interacting with customers, managing inventory, promoting products, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
  • Experience in Stock Control
  • Proficiency in Sales and product promotion
  • Ability to train and mentor new staff members
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
