Job Context:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a
Business Growth Manager.
This pivotal role involves spearheading client interactions, understanding their business needs, and effectively communicating those requirements to our internal teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in product and client management.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Meetings: Conduct virtual or in-person client meetings on platforms like Zoom to discuss digital marketing, software, website, and mobile app development needs.
  • Needs Assessment: Gain a deep understanding of client requirements and business objectives. Translate these needs into comprehensive documentation for internal teams.
  • Presentation: Articulate client needs and expectations to internal teams. Present detailed project documentation to clients, ensuring alignment and understanding.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of projects according to client specifications. Follow up consistently to track progress and meet project milestones.
  • Client Satisfaction: Proactively manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. Strive for excellence in client service.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional English-speaking skills, both written and verbal.
  • Possesses strong convincing skills to effectively convey the value proposition of Bayshore Communication.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product management, client management, and cross-functional team management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, software, website, and mobile app development.
  • Excellent English-speaking skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver successful projects.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Compensation & Other Benefits:

  • Lunch Facilities: Fully subsidized
  • Yearly Festival Bonus: 2
  • Yearly Increments: Based on performance
  • Employment Status: Full-time

Job Location: House No-21, Road No-01, Block-A, Aftabnagar, Dhaka-1212

Work Hours: Saturday - Thursday (9 AM - 6 PM)
