Responsibilities:

1.     Coordinate the Annual Performance Appraisal (APA) process in collaboration with department heads and line managers.

2.     Ensure timely completion of appraisal cycles in line with PMS timelines.

3.     Organize and coordinate Quarterly Performance Review Meetings and Mid-Year Performance Evaluations.

4.     Track action points arising from reviews and ensure follow-up with stakeholders.

5.     Support managers in performance evaluation discussions and documentation.

6.     Upload and maintain performance-related data in HR systems accurately and confidentially.

7.     Prepare PMS dashboards, reports, and summaries for HR leadership and management.

8.     Analyze performance data to identify trends, high performers, and development needs.

9.     Support dissemination of performance feedback to employees.

10. Address employee queries related to PMS processes, ratings, and timelines.

11. Assist in ensuring consistency and fairness in performance evaluations.

12. Support continuous improvement of PMS processes, formats, and guidelines.

13. Maintain PMS policies and documentation.

14. Assist in audits or internal reviews related to performance management practices.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in PMS / Organizational Development.
  3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  4. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
