Position: Customer Relationship Officer (Female Only)

Company: Expert Tours.

We are hiring a Customer Relationship Officer to join our dynamic team at Expert Tours.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the Tours & Travel industry, with minimum knowledge of travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients and sell Visa, Air tickets and tour packages

Assist customers with visa and travel documentation

Maintain good client relationships and achieve monthly sales targets

Have knowledge about First World countries' visa processes (Europe, Canada, Australia, etc.)

Requirements:

Experience in a Tours & Travel company is mandatory

Excellent communication and sales skills

Smart, confident, and customer-friendly attitude

Only female candidates are encouraged to apply

Job Details:

Location: Bangla Motor, Dhaka

Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly: 6 days (Friday off)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Negotiable + Attractive Sales Commission

Work Environment: Friendly and supportive team
