Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Consultant, based in Dhaka. The Visa Consultant will be responsible for providing expert guidance on visa processes and requirements, preparing and reviewing visa applications, and liaising with embassies and consulates. The role includes offering consultation services to clients, assisting with documentation, ensuring compliance with visa regulations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of international travel policies. The Visa Consultant will deliver exceptional customer service to meet clients' travel needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficient understanding of visa application processes and international travel regulations.
  • Strong skills in documentation, reviewing, and ensuring accuracy in visa applications.
  • Customer service and communication skills to provide effective consultation and support to clients.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
  • Experience in travel or visa consultancy is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and Bengali is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
