About the job role

We're on the lookout for an experienced Admin & Security professional to join our team at our corporate HQ in Dhaka through the local subsidiary ACE Consultants Ltd.

The Head of Admin and Security is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership in managing all administrative and security functions of SJ-SMEC-ACE Corporate and Project Offices. The role ensures the smooth functioning of office operations, effective resource management, and a safe working environment for both local and international staff. This position plays a key role in safeguarding the organization's people, assets, and reputation through the implementation of efficient administrative systems, robust security protocols, and compliance with corporate and legal requirements.

• Oversee and streamline all administrative operations, ensuring efficient office management, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination across all offices.

• Lead the implementation of comprehensive security strategies to safeguard personnel, assets, and operations across all offices and project sites.

• Manage and optimize transportation and logistics services to support smooth operational and project needs.

• Oversee travel, visa, and security clearance processes for management and expatriate staff to ensure compliance and efficiency.

• Supervise the establishment, operations, and asset management of offices, residences, and guesthouses, ensuring cost-effective procurement and maintenance.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative policies, SOPs, and accountability frameworks.

• Maintain liaison with government agencies, law enforcement, and local authorities for compliance and approvals.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive security plans for offices, project sites, expatriate residences, guest houses, and vehicles.

• Manage corporate and project vehicle fleets, including allocation, operations, scheduling, and maintenance.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field. Candidates hold a Master's degree will be preferred.

• Minium 10 years of experience in managing administrative and security operations across multiple offices and project sites.

• Ideal candidate should have the skill to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to optimize operations and safeguard personnel and assets.
