Job Responsibilities:

Assist the team leader in business development (BD) planning and strategy formulation for the Philippine market, including market research and analysis.

Conduct on-site visits, evaluations, data collection, and analysis for potential new store locations; prepare site selection reports.

Participate in business negotiations (including but not limited to discussions with shopping malls, landlords, and potential partners) and assist in preparing negotiation materials.

Act as the long-term primary liaison on behalf of the company, maintaining strong relationships with shopping mall management, landlords, and other key partners.

Provide administrative support related to site selection and lease agreements.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Regularly report BD progress and market insights to the team leader.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial real estate, retail expansion, or related business development; experience in the Philippine market is preferred.

Strong business negotiation, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Possession of local commercial real estate resources/network is an advantage.

Solid abilities in market analysis, data interpretation, and report writing.

Excellent command of English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.

Proactive, fast learner, able to work independently, and detail-oriented.
