Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Head of Regional Operations, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Head of Regional Operations will oversee daily operations in multiple store locations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities include managing budgets, analyzing operational performance, guiding and developing teams, and implementing operational strategies. The role requires constant communication with regional managers to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
