Job Description / Responsibility

A Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue.

Here are the key job responsibilities of a Marketing Manager:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Identify target audiences and create positioning strategies.

Brand Management

  • Build and maintain brand image and identity.
  • Oversee advertising, promotions, and creative campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute digital, print, and social media campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise, guide, and train the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments.
  • Set KPIs and monitor performance of team members.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Gather customer insights and feedback for product/service improvement.
  • Identify new market opportunities and trends.

Sales Support

  • Work with the sales team to develop promotional materials.
  • Design lead-generation strategies.
  • Support product launches and events.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends and ROI of marketing activities.
  • Prepare regular reports for management.
  • Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Skills Required: Online Marketing, Hospital Marketing, Customer Service Management, Leadership and Good Communication skill.

Experience Requirements

  • 4 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Group of Companies,Clinic

Additional Requirements

  • Must be experienced in hospital marketing.
