Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team performance, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining quality standards. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with different departments, assisting in strategy development, handling client communications, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in project management and coordination
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Experience in the IT industry is preferred
