AHIC is a leading Australian vocational college, and NAPS is a private higher education provider in Sydney, delivering Bachelor's and Master's programs in Business, IT, Social Work, Childcare and more.

We are expanding our presence in South Asia and seeking a motivated Assistant Marketing Manager to support recruitment and marketing in Bangladesh.

Role Overview

The Assistant Marketing Manager will support student recruitment, agent management, and marketing campaigns to strengthen AHIC & NAPS's presence in Bangladesh. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and knowledge of the international education market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve student recruitment targets in Bangladesh for AHIC & NAPS programs.
  • Build and manage relationships with education agents and partners.
  • Conduct student/agent information sessions, training, and promotional events.
  • Assist with admissions coordination and timely communication of offers, COEs, and scholarships.
  • Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the Regional Marketing Manager.
  • Support digital/social media marketing and brand awareness initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 2–4 years' experience in international student recruitment or education consultancy.
  • Strong understanding of Bangladeshi student market for Australia.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with offshore teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; digital marketing skills an advantage.
