Assistant Manager – Content Planning & Strategy

Location: Mohakhali ,Dhaka, Bangladesh

Reports to: Head of Sales & Marketing

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative
Assistant Manager – Content Planning & Strategy
to lead impactful marketing initiatives. The role involves building content strategies, driving digital marketing campaigns, writing compelling scripts, and managing creative teams (motion graphics and static designers).
The ideal candidate is proactive, has strong leadership qualities, and thrives under pressure and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning


• Develop and implement content calendars aligned with company goals and campaigns.


• Plan and strategize creative campaigns for social media, website, PR, events, and advertising.


• Write and review scripts, copy, and messaging for videos, campaigns, and brand content.

Digital Marketing


• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other platforms.


• Track and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI.


• Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and aligned with digital trends.

Creative Team Management


• Supervise and guide motion graphics and static design teams.


• Provide clear creative briefs, review work, and ensure all outputs meet brand standards.


• Collaborate with video production teams to bring stories and campaigns to life.

Cross-Functional Collaboration


• Work closely with admissions, counsellors, and sales teams to align marketing outputs.


• Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and media partners when required.


• Support marketing for events, seminars, activations, and brand-building initiatives.

Requirements


• Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.


• 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or brand management.


• Prior marketing agency experience will be considered a strong advantage.


• Strong expertise in scriptwriting, storytelling, and content development.


• Proven experience leading or coordinating creative/design teams.


• Excellent knowledge of social media ads, SEO, PPC, and analytics tools.


• Ability to lead projects, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.


• Proactive, creative, and results-driven personality with leadership qualities.
