Senior Officer – Strategic Growth & Partnership
who can help us scale the right way.

This role blends
commercial partnership development
,
product execution
, and
operational delivery
. You'll work directly with
banks, MFS providers, and B2B partners
, helping us craft offerings that are compliant, competitive, and future-ready.

What You'll Be Driving:

  • Identify, negotiate, and
    onboard strategic partners
    — from banks and MFS players to enterprise clients
  • Drive
    technical and business integration
    post-deal — manage internal and external timelines
  • Translate partnership goals into
    functional product and process flows
    with the product and engineering teams
  • Lead
    commercial negotiations
    , support agreement closure, and ensure
    revenue assurance mechanisms
    are in place
  • Monitor key metrics — from
    adoption and usage to operational performance
    — and report insights regularly
  • Use
    structured project management
    to drive progress across cross-functional teams

Skills & Tools You'll Use:

  • Advanced
    Excel/Google Sheets
    for modeling, reporting, and data validation
  • Project management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana — doesn't matter what, as long as you get things done)
  • Preferably comfortable with
    Figma, Lucidchart, Visio
    , or similar — for
    flow mapping, integration design, or UI mockups
  • Strong communicator — whether you're talking to engineers, clients, or regulators, you know how to get alignment
  • High ownership mindset — you don't wait for instructions, you move

What You've Likely Done Before:

  • Worked 1–3 years in
    fintech, digital banking, wallet products, MFS, or payment platforms
  • Been involved in
    partner onboarding, solution design, business operations
    , or
    product execution
  • You understand
    how wallets work
    , how
    merchants settle
    , and how
    regulators think
