Operation Excellence Executive
to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support
    process optimization initiatives
    across production, quality, and supply chain functions.
  • Drive
    Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
    projects to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
  • Develop and implement
    SOPs, KPIs, and performance monitoring tools
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a
    culture of operational excellence
    .
  • Conduct data analysis to identify gaps and implement corrective actions for sustainable improvement.
  • Support the preparation of reports for management on
    OEE, cost reduction, and process improvement outcomes

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in
    Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration
    (Master's preferred).
  2. 2–4 years of experience in
    operations, process improvement, or manufacturing excellence
    (preferably in packaging or similar industries).
  3. Knowledge of
    Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM
    methodologies.
  4. Strong analytical skills with
    hands-on experience in process mapping and root cause analysis
    .
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  6. Proactive mindset with a drive for
    continuous improvement
    .
