Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive / Senior Executive - Customer Service & Revenue located in Chattogram. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing customer inquiries, handling client communications, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and working on revenue generation activities. The Executive will collaborate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to revenue growth.

  • Customer Service and Client Communication skills
  • Experience in Revenue Generation and Sales
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
