Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Excellence Executive located in Chattogram, Bangladesh. The Operational Excellence Executive will be responsible for implementing and maintaining operational processes and standards, identifying areas for improvement, developing strategies to optimize efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves training staff on best practices and monitoring performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Strong project management and process optimization skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics monitoring
  • Ability to train and mentor staff on operational excellence practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
  • 2 years Experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry
