Position :
Engineer/ Sr. Engineer- C.P. (Continuous Polymerization)

Job Summary:
Responsible for efficient operation and optimization of the Continuous Polymerization unit, ensuring quality and smooth production.

Key Responsibilities:


• Operate and monitor DCS (Distributed Control System) for continuous polymerization processes.


• Supervise and optimize polymerization processes including:

A) Continuous esterification and polycondensation reactions.

B) Handling of catalysts and monomers.

C) Control of temperature, pressure, and flow rates in reactors.

E) Management of polymer melt quality, intrinsic viscosity, and end-product specifications.


• Ensure production efficiency, adherence to quality standards, and trouble-free plant operation.


• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to improve process yield and consistency.


• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and operational protocols.

Academic Qualifications:
B.Sc. degree in Polymer / Textile / Chemical Engineering or related field.

Experience:
4 to 5 years of experience in chemical, oil refinery, polymerization plants, or heavy engineering industries (chemical etc).
