Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive located in Chattogram, Bangladesh. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing client relationships, coordinating travel services, and leading a team of professionals. Duties include planning and executing travel itineraries, negotiating with vendors, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business development initiatives. The role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to optimize the travel experience for our clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and management skills
  • Experience in client relationship management and business development
  • Knowledge of travel services coordination, including itinerary planning and vendor negotiation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in using travel management software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related field
  • Previous experience in the travel industry is an advantage
