Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Specialist based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. As a Business Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify business trends, creating and implementing business plans, and providing strategies to prioritize company goals. Other day-to-day tasks include coordinating with different teams, maintaining effective communication to ensure smooth operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving efficiency across processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical and Business Planning skills to navigate data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in business operations and strategy implementation
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills for clear internal and client interactions
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience with relevant software tools and platforms is a plus
