Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Research And Development Specialist. The R&D Specialist will be responsible for planning, conducting, and analyzing research projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing experiments, collecting and analyzing data, maintaining laboratory equipment, and generating reports. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with team members to communicate research findings and contribute to the innovation and development of new products and processes. The role is located in Dhaka.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) and Research skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Laboratory Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering
  • Previous experience in a research or laboratory setting is preferred
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
