Role Overview

As a
Career Advisor (Telesales Executive)

, you will hold a
high-impact, trust-based role

within the organization. This is not a traditional telesales position. You will act as a
career guide and advisor

, helping prospective learners and working professionals understand how Transfotech Academy's advanced bootcamp programs align with their personal and professional goals.

You will onboard:

• Individuals starting their careers
• Professionals seeking career transitions
• Working professionals aiming for
  career advancement, skill upgrades, or role acceleration

Your contribution directly influences learner success and the academy's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and follow-up calls to prospective learners and professionals across local and global markets
• Clearly explain the purpose, structure, outcomes, and long-term value of advanced bootcamp programs
• Assess career goals and recommend suitable learning pathways
• Schedule and conduct career counseling sessions in coordination with senior advisors
• Support student and professional onboarding and enrollment, contributing to monthly performance targets
• Collaborate with international telesales and advisory teams (USA, Malaysia, and other regions)
• Assist senior advisors during seminars, webinars, and informational sessions
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments

What We're Looking For

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• High confidence in phone-based communication and relationship-building
• Ability to understand and clearly explain bootcamp offerings and career pathways
• Purpose-driven mindset with the ability to articulate

- Target-oriented, proactive, and disciplined work ethic
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with international time zones
- Academic background:

• A-Level preferred

• Bachelor's students or currently enrolled university students are strongly encouraged to apply
