Role Overview

We're looking for passionate and driven Career Advisors to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in helping students take the next step in their careers while achieving your own growth milestones.

What We're Looking For:

  • Make outbound and cold calls to prospective students
  • Schedule career counseling appointments and follow up on leads
  • Assist in student enrollments and help achieve monthly sales targets
  • Support senior advisors during seminars, webinars, and events
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Confident, target-driven, and proactive attitude
  • Comfortable working night shifts
  • A Level / O Level background preferable
