Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor located in Dhaka. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for counseling students on educational opportunities, providing guidance for academic and career development, and assisting with admissions processes and program selection. They will coordinate closely with students to understand their goals and recommend individualized education pathways. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions and delivering exceptional support to ensure students' success.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
  • Proficiency in Career Counseling and Education guidance
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
  • Experience in working with international education systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to understanding individual student needs and providing tailored advice
